You bought a license to use EddyLoop on up to 3 machines, for one person. You own your transcripts, we never see them. Refunds within 14 days.
EddyLoop is made and sold by Aztec Platforms, LLC. These terms are an agreement between you and Aztec Platforms, LLC covering the EddyLoop application and the eddyloop.com website.
EddyLoop is licensed, not sold. A paid license grants one person the right to install and use EddyLoop on up to 3 machines at once, for personal or commercial work. The full grant and its limits are in the license agreement.
A paid license covers EddyLoop version 2.x, including all 2.x updates at no further charge. Aztec Platforms, LLC reserves the right to charge an upgrade fee for a future major version. Nothing in this clause obliges us to charge one, and no existing 2.x license stops working if a new major version is released.
You may not resell, sublicense or redistribute EddyLoop, reverse engineer it except where law permits, or use it to violate the recording consent laws that apply where you are. You are responsible for obtaining any consent required before transcribing other people.
Transcripts are written to your disk and belong to you. They are never transmitted to us and we have no ability to access them.
Purchases can be refunded within 14 days, no questions asked. See the refund policy. A refund revokes the license.
EddyLoop is provided as is. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aztec Platforms, LLC disclaims implied warranties and limits its total liability to the amount you paid. Speech recognition makes mistakes; do not rely on a transcript as the sole record where accuracy is critical.
If these terms change materially we will note it on this page and, for account holders, by email. Continued use after a change means acceptance.
