End user license agreement

1. Grant

Aztec Platforms, LLC grants the purchaser a personal, non exclusive, non transferable license to install and run EddyLoop version 2.x on up to 3 machines they control at once. Personal and commercial use are both allowed.

2. Version scope

This license covers version 2.x and every 2.x update. It does not automatically cover a future major version, which may carry an upgrade fee. A 2.x installation keeps working under this license regardless of later releases.

3. Activations

Each machine claims one of 3 device slots. Slots can be freed at any time from the account page, and moving to a new machine is revoke plus activate. Machine identifiers are stored as salted hashes; the raw identifier never leaves your machine.

4. Free tier

The free tier is licensed for use without payment or an account, subject to its daily transcription cap and to the same restrictions in section 5.

5. Restrictions

• No resale, rental, sublicensing or redistribution of the app or license keys.
• No reverse engineering, except where law grants that right regardless of contract.
• No sharing one license across multiple people. Teams buy one license per person.
• No circumventing the free tier cap or license verification.

6. Termination

The license ends if its purchase is refunded, or on material breach of the restrictions above that is not cured after notice. On termination, uninstall the licensed copies.
