End user license agreement

1. Grant

Aztec Platforms, LLC grants you a free, non exclusive, non transferable license to install and run EddyLoop on as many machines as you control. There is no charge, no key and no account. Personal and commercial use are both allowed.

2. Ownership

EddyLoop is licensed, not sold, and it is not open source. Aztec Platforms, LLC keeps all rights in the software that this license does not expressly grant you.

3. Restrictions

• No resale, rental, sublicensing or redistribution of the app.
• No reverse engineering, except where law grants that right regardless of contract.
• No removing or altering the copyright and attribution notices in the app.

4. No warranty

EddyLoop is provided as is, at no charge, with no warranty of any kind. Speech recognition makes mistakes; do not rely on a transcript as the sole record where accuracy is critical.

5. Termination

This license ends on a material breach of the restrictions above that is not cured after notice. On termination, uninstall the software.
